Ritva & Chenca Designer Day Saturday 13th November by appointment
We're very priviledged to have mother and daughter design duo, Ritva & Chenca Westenius here with us this Autumn, when they will be bringing their signature London look to the boutique. The ladies will be featuring their favourite new designs for 2011 from both the Ritva Westenius and the Ritva & Chenca collections.
To celebrate this special day, each bride will receive a goody bag and there will be bubbly all round. In addition, those Brides placing and order for a Ritva and Chenca gown on the day will receive £100 worth of bridal accessories of their choice, absolutely free.

Shottle Hall Wedding Fayre Sunday 31st October 11am-4pm
Fun, stylish and exciting.... just some of the words used to describe the wedding fayres organised by our favourite wedding experts, Abbi & Lydia @ Save the Date. They only partner with the most fabulous venues and fantastic suppliers, personally vetted by the girls themselves. So we're delighted to be joining them at Shottle Hall this Autumn.
Charlotte Balbier Designer Event Thursday 14th October - Saturday 16th October
Once again we're delighted to be playing host to Charlotte's new 2011 trunk show and this year there are not one, but two stunning collections to choose from! The first, her interpretation of fantasy and romance: The English Tea Party collection. The second: The Sabella collection, a nod to her multicultural heritage; the fusion of the of Sicilian Dolce Vita with the French Savoire Faire!
Last year we had to wait until January to get our hands on the new collection but this year we have it in October, so be amongst the first in the country to try on these truly original creations. Each bride will receive a goody bag on the day full of indulgent treats, and there will be pink bubbly, tea and cupcakes all round.
And the icing on the cake? Those brides placing an order for one of Charlotte's gowns during the event will be entitled to £100 worth of Bridal accessories absolutely free! (Offer extends from 14-16th Ocober and excludes sample sales gowns)

Designer Sample Sale Day Saturday 7th August 2010 9am - 5pm
Well ladies, it's sad time of year for us here at the dressing room, as we say 'goodbye' to a selection of our gorgeous designer wedding dress samples. But for some lucky brides to be, its a chance to celebrate as they will walk away with their dream gown at a dream price! With exquisite gowns from our favourite designers Ritva Westenius, Charlotte Balbier and Sarah Arnett, some at less than half the original price, we expect to be busy, so there is no appointment necessary on the day.
If you can't find anything suitable in the sale, don't despair as we are offering 10% off all other wedding dresses and accessories for one day only, so no-one misses out. With a glass of bubbly for the bride and her entourage its a fun way to while away an hour or so, so we look forward to welcoming you on the day
Finesse Group Wedding Fayre @ Derby's Cathedral Quarter Hotel 9th May 12 - 4pm
We are delighted to announce that we will be taking our fabulous fashion show to the prestigious Cathedral Quarter Hotel. We will be exhibiting throughout the afternoon with fashion shows at taking place at 1pm and 3pm. We have just added Sharon Bowen Couture to our collection and her red carpet glamour is sure to be the highlight of the show!

We're delighted to welcome Sharon Bowen Couture to the dressing room. An internationally acclaimed designer, Sharon trained in Paris, and went on to design for the prestigious fashion houses of Chloe and Dior before starting her own label in the 1990's. Made in the UK, her gowns combine couture cut with red carpet glamour and are prefect for if you are looking for something different. We're delighted to have Sharon's 'Beverley Hills Collection in for one day only. There are only two appointments left as I write....

Shopping for the wedding dress of your dreams should be a pleasurable and memorable experience, but many brides to be don’t know what to expect from their appointment and can find it quite nerve wracking!
Our new appointment looks at styling from head to toe, rather than focusing on the dress alone and is designed to enable you to see your full potential. Elaina will use her extensive experience of catwalk fashion shows and as a photographic stylist on magazine shoots, to create exciting looks for your big day.
